I'm happy to have 2018 behind me and not joking when I say that I'm hoping for a less hot, humid, wet end to the summer. Strawberries just don't thrive in wet conditions and the weather in August 2018 pretty much ended my growing season a month early. I am looking forward to rolling out a new method of combating weeds which will give me more time to enjoy the summer and develop recipes for my salads and CSA community. I'm also hoping to keep up with this blog to let you know what a summer on the farm is all about. Patience required here...:).
