FRESH FROM MY ORGANIC FARM

My farm is located in the rolling hills of Northwest Connecticut.  It is a market garden sized to be farmed by one woman using organic, no-till intensive farming practices.  My focus crops are strawberries, peas and salad greens supplemented by other typical crops grown in New England.  Using sustainable growing practices, the farm provides sustenance and joy to me and my loyal customers.

ABOUT MY ORGANIC FARM


For the 2021 growing season, I expect to again pick strawberries from August - October.  I'm also growing new varieties of greens - both cooked and raw - peas and herbs as well as expanding into the realm of flowers with both tulips and lavender.  I am continuing to build my soil health as a means of combating pests as well as providing a more nutrient-dense product.  Creating a sustainable one-woman farm that offers the best crops I can produce continues to be my number one goal year over year.
